Payback Repo Inc is a data repository founded in February 2006 on a chance that a vision for innovation could challenge and change the loss control industry.  Today each and every one of our employees shares this vision and believes in our core values and passion for our clients and customers.

Ethics are important to Payback Repo, and we are committed to operate with integrity, strong morals, and ethics are the core values that make us the company that many lenders depend on every day.  We set daily goals to achieve excellence and are dedicated to provide a level of service that far exceeds our client’s expectations.  It is this foundation that has allowed us to grow and serve for nearly 10 years.  Central to our philosophy is the idea that our employees must at all times deal with everyone around them with honesty and integrity.  Do the right thing means doing it right every time.

The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (“CFPB”) expects supervised banks and non-banks to oversee their business relationships with service providers in a manner that ensures compliance with Federal consumer financial law, which is designed to protect the interests of consumers and avoid consumer harm.  The CFPB’s exercise of its supervisory and enforcement authority will closely reflect this orientation and emphasis.  Service provider is defined in section 1002(26) of the Dodd-Frank Act as:

“any person that provides a material service to a covered person in connection with the offering or provision by such a covered person of a consumer financial product or service.”

The CFPB has been exercising the full extent of its supervision authority over service providers to examine compliance with unfair, deceptive, or abusive acts or practices.  PRI has undergone vigorous training and our emphasis on continuing education is obvious to anyone that does business with us.  It is and always will be our top priority.
