Our Ethics

At the center of the company’s philosophy, PRI and each of its employees, must at all times, deal with everyone around them with honesty and integrity. There is no difference between business and personal ethics – both of which PRI hold to the highest standard possible. Our employees are expected to be honest and ethical in dealing with each other, with clients, debtor and any other third party – as doing the right thing means doing it right every time.

The company also expects each employee to respect the rights of their colleagues and company stakeholders. All dealings must be free from discrimination, libel, slander or harassment. Each person must be given equal opportunity, regardless of age, race, sex, sexual preference, color, creed, religion, national origin, marital status, veteran’s status, handicap or disability.

Transgressions cannot be exempt because of the intentions of others. In this regard employees are requested to notify management whenever an illegal, dishonest or unethical act is exposed or suspected, particularly as employees will not be penalized for reporting their findings or assumptions to them. PRI carries out its business within all the pertinent rules, regulations and laws that surround us and because of this, the ethics we have in place not only reflect who we are, but they are the standards by which we prefer to be judged by also.
