Customer Service Rep/Administrative Assistant

Repossession Company seeks administrative representative for its Lynbrook location. 

Full-Time and Part-Time position available.

Exceptional Customer Service Skills, Organization, Administrative, Data Entry, and basic Computer Skills needed.

Our Company serves as an intermediary between the finance company and customer to assist and provide services related to the repossession process. 

The ideal candidate will possess a high capacity for dealing with difficult customers, have organizational skills, pay attention to detail, ability to multitask and handle multi line phones, follow sequential instructions, as well as have a basic to moderate level of computer skills, i.e., the ability to operate email, capacity to learn our client’s administrative websites, be comfortable on the internet and computer files, operate a fax machine/scanner, data entry, etc.

The ideal candidate is also reliable, trainable, and flexible. 

Full-Time Hours required are 9am – 5pm.

Part-Time Hours required are flexible, we are looking for someone that can work approximately 20 hours a week, more hours will be available when needed.

Starting entry level pay is $17.00 per hour.
